1. Acceptance of Terms

By using the services provided by Art of Cleans (“the Company”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. The Company reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Your continued use of the Company’s services following any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

2. Scheduling and Cancellations

2.1 Scheduling

Clients are responsible for scheduling cleaning appointments in advance through the Company’s website, phone, or email.

2.2 Cancellations & Rescheduling

Clients may reschedule or cancel a cleaning appointment up to 48 hours before the scheduled time without incurring any fees.

2.3 Late Cancellations

If a client cancels or reschedules an appointment with less than 48 hours’ notice, a cancellation fee equal to 50% of the cleaning service cost may apply.

2.4 Company Changes

The Company reserves the right to reschedule or cancel appointments due to unforeseen circumstances such as staff illness, emergencies, or inclement weather. In such cases, clients will be notified as soon as possible and offered the option to reschedule at no additional charge.

3. Refunds and Complaints

3.1 Service Issues

If a client is dissatisfied with the quality of service provided, they must notify the Company within 24 hours of service completion. The Company will review the concern and may, at its discretion, offer a partial refund, full refund, or complimentary re-cleaning service.

3.2 Complaint Deadline

Refunds or service-related claims will not be accepted if reported more than 24 hours after the completion of the cleaning service.

4. Theft and Damage

4.1 Employee Responsibility

The Company is committed to employing trustworthy and professional staff. In the event of theft or damage caused by a Company employee, clients must notify the Company immediately. The Company will cooperate with authorities and may reimburse verified losses where appropriate.

4.2 Client Responsibility

Clients are responsible for securing valuable items and ensuring that the premises are safe for cleaning staff. The Company is not responsible for damage resulting from pre-existing conditions such as unstable furniture, fixtures, or poor maintenance.

4.3 Unsafe Conditions

If damage occurs due to unsafe or hazardous conditions not disclosed by the client, the client may be held responsible for repair or replacement costs.

5. Payment

5.1 Payment Terms

Payment for cleaning services is due upon completion of the service. Accepted payment methods include credit card, cash, or other agreed-upon methods.

5.2 Late Payment

Late payments may result in additional fees or suspension of services until the outstanding balance is paid in full.

6. Liability

The Company’s liability for any claims related to its cleaning services is limited to the cost of the service provided. The Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of profits or business interruption, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

7. Governing Law

These Terms of Use shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Thailand, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

8. Severability

If any provision of these Terms of Use is found to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision shall be limited or removed to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
